Refund policy

The Sool House is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. We strive our best to make sure we pack accurately and for the bottles to arrive to you safely. However, all sales are final, with the following exceptions:

  • Returns are only accepted if the items are damaged upon delivery or if you received the wrong item from us.
  • All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • Please drop us a Whatsapp / Email with your contact details, indicate the issue to us and we will attend to you as soon as possible. 
  • If the issue can not be resolved, an in-store credit may be made available for you.
